I stayed in a Beach House (BH). The property is very new and well maintained, with attention to detail. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beachfront bar where breakfast is served is charming, authentic, and offers good food. The location is excellent, literally just a few steps from the beach.
The property consists of two separate buildings, plus the reception office. One building has three or four floors with sea-view terraces, while the other is a ground-floor building with small front patios (the Beach House, where we stayed).
The complex is not fenced and faces a public road. As a result, there are passing cars (not many) and pedestrians, especially since there is a school right next door. At certain times of the day, it can be a bit noisy.
The beach directly in front of the property is not particularly attractive, as there is quite a bit of seaweed. Therefore, it is worth walking to another nearby beach, although not very far away.
Finally, the room was very dark. Most of the shutters were either blocked or difficult to open, and even if they could be fully opened, people would be able to see directly inside since the room is at street level facing a public road. In addition, the indoor lighting is quite weak and the fixtures are covered with green-tinted glass.
I can understand the intention of creating a cozy, atmospheric ambiance, but there should be an alternative option for guests who need proper lighting. In my opinion, this is something that should definitely be improved.

They have a great staff who go out of their way to ensure guests have a great stay. Sadiya and her team even respond to messages after social hours.
The breakfast arrangement with maimai needs to be looked into. There is little in options and the standard can be much augumented. If I have any complain at all during my stay, that was it

Todo,el trato del personal,estar en un sitio no turístico integrados en la vida cotidiana del lugar,al lado del colegio,todo ha sido inmejorable,la limpieza cada día y la atención de todo el equipo.Nos hemos sentido como en casa y hemos la vida real del lugar aquí.
