Really enjoyed my stay here. The place is in a quiet and more local part of Nungwi, but still only about a 5–7 minute walk to the beach. It’s a relatively new and well-kept place, with a nice little courtyard where breakfast is served and where you can sit and relax.
The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, including a fridge and good Wi-Fi, which worked well for working remotely. The AC is also good, so the room stays cool and comfortable when there is electricity. They also have a generator, which is a big plus in Zanzibar where power cuts can happen. If you need it, they are happy to turn it on.
The hosts are probably the best part of the stay. When I arrived, they showed me several rooms and let me choose the one I preferred. I initially picked one and then noticed a small issue, and they changed it for me without any problem at all. Everyone was very kind and attentive, but the owner’s mother in particular was amazing. She takes care of the guests almost like they are part of her family. If you need breakfast earlier or later, or need help with anything, they are always happy to arrange it.
Breakfast was also very good — fresh fruit, plenty of food, and definitely enough to start the day well. One evening they even invited me to join their family dinner, which was a really nice and memorable experience.
Overall, a very warm and welcoming place. I would happily stay here again.

One thing to be aware of: the Booking.com map location is not completely accurate. I would recommend contacting the hosts before arriving so they can explain exactly where to go.

酒店地理位置很好，就在北部Nungwi 附近, 房间特别干净，床也很舒服，睡的特别香，卫生间淋浴水压很大，水也很热。老板娘人很好，知道我没吃饭，主动邀请我去附近的海滩一起吃晚饭，早餐一般是八点开始，但是知道我需要7点退房，也提前起来帮我做早餐，真的很感动。小小的酒店留下的都是温暖，下次来还会住在这里

And other lady she wellncone us ans show our room nicely. We had free drinks
The sercive was Security man was nice as well he took us around to other place in Nungwi I.e kendwa and nungwi beach

We had a wonderful stay at ESTAKOZA. The hotel has a lovely and peaceful atmosphere, and it is located just 5 minutes from the beautiful beach.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It was fresh, delicious and very varied, with a wonderful selection of fresh local tropical fruits. We truly enjoyed starting our mornings with such a delicious and authentic breakfast.
ESTAKOZA is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Zanzibar. We highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back again
