La propreté, la qualité des couchages, et malgré le lieu ( zone industrielle) qui nous a surpris à l'arrivée, nous avons apprécié le calme ( weekend ) et la proximité des transports en commun. Rapport qualité prix parfait.

De locatie was ok tijdens weekdagen met bus die vlakbij vertrok of aankwam maar in het weekeinde was die bus 47 geschrapt zodat je steeds een tiental minuten minimaal moest wandelen tot het motel. De prijs was een belangrijke beslissingsfactor.
Er is geen receptie of personeel aanwezig in dit motel. Ik kon in de voormiddag niet inchecken alhoewel dit wel zou gekund hebben mochten ze via mijn GSM een code hebben verstuurd om de buitenkant te openen.
De trap naar boven is ongelooflijk steill. Kamers zijn heel rudimentair en worden pas na het verblijf schoongemaakt. Er is geen persoonlijk contact mogelijk tijdens je verblijf in het motel zelf. Als je wat extra geld hebt en comfort of persoonlijk advies belangrijk zijn kies je een ander hotel. Mocht je budgetbewust zijn dan is dit ok.
