Great location, cozy courtyard, small but comfortable room.

Excellent breakfast, egg, museli, cheese, ham etc. the kitchen and communal facilities were great and well equipped. Staff super helpful. Right on a tram route into town.

Private room Good size, clean. second time of staying and would again. They made it incredibly easy for me to check in late. No private bathroom but there is a sink. This really wasn't an issue as there are plenty of bathrooms/showers right next to the room.
Some of the doors in the corridor can be a little loud closing but really wasn't an issue. I'm finding it difficult to find fault with the place

Location is accessible to go anywhere shop, food/restaurant. I didn't expect no hand soap inside the room, and we are the one who need to fix(ed) the bedlinnen, pillow case but I'm fine with it, I'm concerned incase the customer is so tired unfortunately they can't lying on bed as soon as they want because they need to fixed bed first. Patient matters😊
The tissue need to refill or check and bathroom should be clean since it's for everyone who used it. Is it possible daily to clean? And do disinfectant?
