Very comfortable beds, peaceful night sleep in the dorm, I liked the blackout curtain and the USB chargers by pillow light was handy and option to use locker under the bed (bring your own padlock if you are bothered about security). Easy to find. Really convenient location, a short 5-10 minutes walk from the tram, safe and quiet street (see photo) and tram or bus takes you into the city centre within 5-10 minutes. Check-in via QR code and WhatsApp was easy and the person at the hostel was helpful. Thank you
The price point may be a little high but for a Saturday night, two short tram stops away from the centre it is acceptable for a weekend night

Clean and nice showers, beds are relatively comfy and private with curtains, nice amenities. Late check in possible.
Check-in is not clear (please tell in the key app that you need to upload documents, I waited 10mn at the door) and fragmented in several emails. Communication needs to be streamlined. Someone was sleeping in my assigned bed, it seems no one respects the assignments
