服务响应特别及时，同行人生病了不方便下楼，沟通后工作人员允许我将酒店提供的自助早餐带进房间。
酒店方面还好，就是有些客人会在房间吸烟，所以第一间房入住的时候烟味很重，但是很快换了一间。建议酒店以后可以把吸烟房和禁烟房区分开

J'ai adoré cet hôtel, tout près de la frontière avec Macao (2 - 3 euros de taxi), avec des chambres très grandes et confortables. Il y a une piscine sportive (lunettes et bonnet de bain requis) et un centre de mise en forme. Inclus dans le prix de la chambre, au même titre que le petit-déjeuner très bon, servi dans un salle très lumineuse et agréable. J'ai payé cinq fois moins cher que pour un hôtel de la même catégorie à Macao. Personnel très gentil.
L'hôtel doit absolument contacter Google Maps pour changer sa position erronée ! Je me suis perdu à cause de cette erreur de position, sauvé par des passants qui ont appelé l'hôtel. On m'a aussitôt envoyé une voiture pour me conduire à la bonne adresse, sans frais supplémentaire. Un grand merci à l'équipe de réception qui était de service le soir de mon arrivée. Au top !!! Bravo 👍👏
