Good value for money, location right next to the rainbow mall, the extra human touch from the room cleaning team was expected
The lighting switches are confusing to use, certain decor were not maintained, eg skirting board peeling, the international socket didn't work so I had to use the inbuilt usb charging ports for my phone which was ok.

Very poor Internet service. You need to log in every few minutes. So you prefer to use your mobile data.
Breakfast was only Chinese cousin. No international food was included.
The room size was small. Double bed also was very small.
