Location 1 block from beach. Host very friendly and polite. Apartment is very clean.
I booked this place because 1 of the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen/living room had an A/C unit. Turns out neither of the A/C units was working. Host provided fans upon discovering the 2 A/C units were not working. Windows also have no screens. So sleeping with windows open brought in lots of noise from busy street and some bugs. Asked host for a discount because of this but he said he was unable to provide , directed me to call Booking.com. Turns out the TV was not working either. Floors are vinyl tiles with a number of them lifting off the floor. There are neighborhood garbage bins on the street in front of the apartment that brought in a nasty odor into the apartment in the morning. Though there is an elevator in the building, it is off-limits to guests of Brillu so you have to walk up to apartment 2 floors up from ground. Also, due to injury, host was unable to help with baggage.
