Great location, with added praise for the upcoming pool installation and unique houseboat accomodations . Update listings to highlight houseboats in advance and accurately reflect nighttime conditions and amenities.
The grounds were far too dark at night, with broken tree lights needing repair.The oceanfront sitting area is too small and needs expansion.

Beautiful cabin, perfect for family of four comfortable and clean, close to many restaurants and activities

Clean. Convenient location.
I originally booked a 2 bedroom bungalow cabin. There is no hotel office and keys are made available at check in via a mail box. Upon our arrival we seen that we were assigned a houseboat. If we had known in advance we would have made alternate reservation. Climbing on and iff a houseboat was not expected. In addition the bathroom on a boat was less than ideal. While the stay was fine this time , they should let you know the boat was a possibility at booking. Reading reviews shows that this has happened plenty of times before.
