My stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. The issues started with parking. I was informed that guests could only park in Zone 2, but Zone 2 parking was approximately an 18-minute walk from the property. The alternative was street parking near the apartment, which had a strict two-hour limit, requiring me to constantly renew the parking every 2 hours. The more serious issue involved lizards inside the apartment. For the first two days, I repeatedly heard clicking noises coming from within the unit but couldn't determine the source. On my third night, I was abruptly awakened around 1:00 AM when something landed on me while I was sleeping in bed. I immediately turned on the light and discovered that a lizard had fallen onto my bed and landed on me. Startled, I jumped out of bed and then noticed a second lizard on the wall directly above the bed. At that point, I was extremely repulsed and no longer felt at ease staying in the property. I packed my belongings and checked into a hotel for the remainder of my trip. I requested a partial refund for the unused nights due to these circumstances, but my request was denied. While I understand that issues can arise, I was disappointed that no accommodation or compensation was offered given the situation.

There were no towels, and this was not stated on the booking. Also the wifi did not work. And the bed had a mechanical malfunction and collapsed. I showed the housekeeper the broken bed when she came in the morning. Bad experience. I would request a refund.
