There is a spacious balcony area overlooking the city of Doral with lounge furniture to enjoy the South Florida weather.
PARKING:
Free parking is available in the building's car garage for 1 car. If you will be bringing an additional vehicle, there is paid street parking available in front of the building.

•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.
•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.
•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

Excellent communication with owner, pre and during stay. One hiccup with parking pass, owners responded with urgency and fast resolution. The property is located in a safe, modern, buzzy town square in Doral. Easy to get to highways and downtown Miami. The building was down to one elevator, which created bottlenecks going up and down from our floor. For the cost of stay and luxury tag of this property, this was a sticky point for me and all guests encountered in queues...Valet, security, front desk services were helpful, attentive and responsive.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to good restaurants and coffee shops. We did not have need to interact with the front desk, but the valet service was prompt and friendly. The exercise room is very well equipped, and the pool area is very nice. We could have used a second fob. You need a fob to access the elevator and enter the door from the parking lot. We had four people and only one fob. Other than that all was good.

We enjoyed our time. The pool area is amazing and the we enjoyed being able to walk to various shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The only addition would have been some extra linens - towels (bath and kitchen) and blankets.

As much as I would like to give 5-stars, it's not going to happen. More like 2 1/2 stars. Here goes: *There is a missing bulb in one of the fixtures in the king room. Bedside lamp had burnt out bulb in same room. Burnt out bulb over tub. Damaged bulb over dining table. Burnt out bulb under microwave/over range (I like using this as my nightlight.). Missing bulb in shower room over left side sink. *Some towels were threadbare (but wife says softener or other with extra rinse cycle might help). *King bed is a memory foam mattress. Whoever laid on my side previously must have been very heavy. I am a small guy. It was like laying in a hole. I tried rolling towards my wife, but it was like rolling uphill. Her side wasn't much better. I wound up sleeping on the sofa ( I felt guilty when morning came and my people wanted to sit and drink coffee and watch TV).*The king room faucet was just above a trickle. *The pool closes at 7 p.m. With an hour and a half of daylight still left, and the pool closes at 7. No exceptions. That pretty pool that's advertised, and it's closed at 7. *The building interior looks worn overall. Plenty of cracked tiles throughout. Carpet looks dinghy.*The host continued reminding me of checkin/checkout procedures. You only have to tell me once, I vacation once a month. I get it. (I'm one of those where the host wonders if the place was even rented.)*The location wasn't for me. The eateries were overpriced for subpar food.
