About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of the iconic and historical Trastevere Rome district.
The apartment (fully renovated in June 2024) is located in a quiet street and in strategic position to visit Rome:
8 mins walk away from Piazza Trilussa
10 mins walk away from Santa Maria in Trastevere
15 mins walk away from Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori
about 20 mins walk away from Pantheon or Largo Argentina
and next to John Cabot University
The apartment has a double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cms), a living room with sofa double bed (bed size 160 x 195 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 3 or 4 guests booking,) a dining area with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
It is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay: free wi-fi, autonomous air conditioning (in the double bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, smart TV, microwave oven, Nespresso, kettle, dishwasher and washer&dryer machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor.
- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.
- Cooking class with the chef.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For booking for up to 2 guests will be prepared only the double bed. Only in case of booking for 3 or 4 guests will be prepared also the sofa bed.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 115 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

This apartment is on a quiet street and a 5-10 minute walk to tons of restaurants. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The host's counterpart met us at check in and everything was smooth. We thought the bathroom sink wasn't draining and Marcos immediately showed up to fix it. Joke was on us- the drain was just plugged and we didn't know how to unplug it. But Marcos was very gracious and kind. What sets this apartment apart is the guidebook with tons of local restaurant, gelato, food delivery, and guide recommendations. Try the restaurant Trapazinno that they recommend- it was so good that we ate there twice. 10/10 recommend this apartment!

We stayed for 10days. Donatella was EXCELLENT! Everything was as described & pictured. Any time we had questions she answered most of the time within minutes! We had something small in the apartment that needed attention & she sent someone out that day to fix it. She set up our transportation to & from the airport for us which was greatly appreciated. She also had a booklet with local recommendations of different places to eat/shop/order food.
She even notified us ahead of time that there was going to be a public transportation strike in Rome to help us plan accordingly. She definitely went above & beyond by notifying us with that info.
The place was very clean & the beds were very comfortable! I would definitely recommend Donatella & Trastevere Blue Soul to any friends or family going to Rome in the future & would certainly stay here again!
