Easy access, off street parking, very clean and newly remodeled. Comfortable AC and easy to adjust, along with fan when 100 F outside. Full size fridge and freezer, stove & microwave. Comfortable pillows and bed, closet with shelving & hangers. Pleasant hostess, electronic lock for door which has screen when more comfortable weather. Next door to grocery, eateries, emergency room. Recommended, would stay there again

First time VRBO stayer! Our first experience was absolutely amazing and I would stay again, over and over. The host was super kind and very communicative. They were extremely patient with all my first time questions. The room was perfect for myself and my husband. An extremely comfy bed and stayed extra cold in the very hot weather.

A very beautiful and cozy place to stay while enjoying Vegas! Hosts are super friendly and inviting and the attention to detail is so nice for the studio! We will make sure to stay here every time we come back to Vegas!
