Welcome to your home away from home! The spacious, airy home sits on a double lot with pool and deck area facing south over a small pond and the White Marsh golf course in the Rotonda West community. The open plan living space has cathedral ceiling and fully integrated living, dining and kitchen areas. The home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, swimming pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. The home boasts two master bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool/lanai area. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds with a shared bathroom. Additionally there is a pool bath with walk-in shower. There is a kitchen and dinning area with updated stainless steel appliances. New washer and dryer. For those of you who can’t leave work behind, there is a home office as well. Open the 3 panel sliding glass doors for a panoramic view of the pool which overlooks a pond. All linens, bath/pool towels provided. There is also a gas barbecue.
This home is ideally situated just 10 minutes from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island. There are 7 public beaches within 7 miles with first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. In addition, there are 8 public golf courses within 5 miles. Rotonda West is known for its amazing golf courses! Rotonda Community Park is located only a mile away. There is a playground for the children to enjoy, nature walk, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bike trials and places to BBQ. A bike path of 10+ miles also located within 1-2 miles.

We stayed for spring break. The house was super clean and really nice. We love the area. It was close to all the things we like to do around there. Would definitely go back.
