The property was modern, spacious, clean and well-managed. It fully met all our needs. Refrigerator was quite big and clean. Clean towels with toiletry goody bag were left on the beds. Beds and mattresses were very comfortable with fluffy pillows on it. Even Sofa bed was very nice, equal to the size of a double bed. Staff communication was quick and helpful. We were given two sets of keys that were very helpful if you’re in a group. Even an umbrella was present there just in case if you need it. Overall, it was very satisfactory.
I did’t like 10:00 a.m. check out. It should be 11:00. Exactly at 10:00, the cleaner knocked at the door that was uncomfortable. We begged her to give us 5 minutes and we left exactly in 5 minutes as we were just giving it a last tweak. Also, water drainage in the bigger bath room was very slow, not comfortable at all; though both of the bath rooms were nice and spacious.

很难相信我以这个价格能在罗马住到这个公寓。首先和图片一模一样甚至更好。两个大卧室，舒服的床。空调厨房一应俱全。超大的厕所和浴室，环境很安静，位置也超绝，从火车站步行就几百米。周围有餐厅和家乐福超市。大大的缓解了十几个小时长途飞行的疲惫和时差。
1.入住有点繁琐，可能我更倾向于自助入住
2.交通稍微有点不便，但是也无所谓罗马大多景点可以步行过去

服務人員很友好，排水問題都有及時處理
清潔需要加強，床鋪沒有鋪平整，熱水壺也都是水垢，地板也不夠乾淨，看得出來清潔人員只做重點清理而已
