I love the kitchen.
No tv in bedrooms, pillow cases were dirty, the people above sounded as though they were jumping up and down constantly. The noise was almost unbearable. Somebody said the Airbnb is upstairs and the Booking.com is downstairs. Do not book downstairs. The noise was awful. They need rugs or something up there. So for that reason I wouldn't book again.

The space was very cute, super clean, and the bed was comfy. It was within walking distance of everything we needed.
Whoever was staying above us was very loud and we could hear everything. It made sleep difficult.

Host was excellent answering questions. Location was excellent, too.
There was no railing at the steps to the basement apartment, which, by building code, there should be. There was no anti-slip coating on the bottom of the bathtub, nor any grab bars. The microwave hadn't been cleaned. There was a note to place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher. The 3 parking spots were taken up (by 4 cars), so we had to park on the side street.
