No king sized beds on the property. Queen bed not sufficient for my wife and I.

Overall I liked my stay at Memoir and appreciated the hotel amenities mixed with apartment-style units. The rooms were bigger than a comparable hotel room and had everything I needed. The attached Common House (coworking/social club) was a nice place to hang out as well, I liked the lounge area and the fact that they had daily programming. The location was relatively walkable and not too busy. Lastly, the on-site food options were reasonably priced - more affordable than other hotel dining I've seen.
I have a couple main gripes with the property:
- housekeeping only comes once a week
- the room didn't have a full length mirror
- the couch was really old and uncomfortable. this wouldn't have been a big deal if the TV was visible from the bed.

Pool deck. Great linens. Slept well.
Very unfriendly staff. Elevator smells of weed. The appliances in the studios have a permanent buzzing sound that will drive you mad. The balcony situation is SO sad! They felt like individual dog kennels!
