We had a great stay in Rome! The location was excellent, very close to Piramide metro station and just two stops from the Colosseum, making it easy to get around the city.
The property itself was great, with a spacious living room, a comfortable sofa and an additional bed. The bedroom was also quite large, the kitchen was fully equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bathroom was good. We had forgotten to bring towels, but the owner had made sure they were available, which we really appreciated.
Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. Replies were prompt, check-in was smooth, and everything was well organised. We also appreciated the flexibility regarding the tourist tax, which we were allowed to leave at the property at the end of our stay.
The neighbourhood was quiet, which made it a pleasant place to relax. The only minor downsides are that the area is a bit hilly, so be prepared to walk quite a lot if you're not used to Rome's hills, and there isn't a small supermarket nearby for quick essentials. For those, you'll need to walk towards Piramide metro station.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a convenient location in Rome!
The only thing we really didn’t like was the extra bed in the living room, haha! We loved the place overall, but unfortunately, the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. We could feel the bed frame underneath, which made it difficult to sleep well. I would recommend that the owner invest in a decent mattress or a more comfortable bed so that guests sleeping in the living room can also get a good night’s rest.
Another thing that was new to us was being asked to send our IDs via WhatsApp before arrival. I’m not sure whether this is a legal requirement in Italy, but it was the first time we had experienced this.
Apart from these two points, everything else was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

El piso es exactamente como en las fotos, pero en persona se parece aún más grande. Tiene mucho espacio y las ventanas son perfectas para que corra el aire o para aislar el frío de la calle. WiFi de calidad y check-in sin problemas. Está cerca de la estación en un barrio muy tranquilo. El baño y la ducha geniales.
El comfort de la cama del salón es un 0/10. La cama principal (de la habitación) muy bien, pero la del salón es sufrible, un desastre! El colchón es de los peores que pueda existir. Además, la cama esta rota. Salimos de ahí los 2 con dolor en la espalada (y estamos acostumbrados a acampar en suelos duros). Pusimos unas mantas por debajo del colchón para dismunir el dolor, pero no fue suficiente. La limpieza de la cocina dejaba a desear (ej. cubo de la basura con líquidos sucios), pero manejable.

Ήταν άνετο,σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, είχε ηλεκτρικές συσκευές κατάλληλες για να τις χρησιμοποιήσεις και σκεύη για να ζεστάνεις φαγητό κ να φας.Μας εξυπηρετήσε να κάνουμε check in στις 13.00 αντί στις 17.00 αλλα το χρεώθηκαμε.
Ήταν στον 3ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσερ,δύσκολο με βαλιτσες...Το ζεστό νερό τελείωνε γρηγορα.Δεν είχε κουρτίνες στα παράθυρα για περισσότερη κάλυψη απο τον ήλιο.Μολις μπήκαμε κ περπατήσαμε με τις κάλτσες,έγιναν μαύρες σε πολυ λίγο, που σημαίνει οτι δεν είχε καθαριστεί καλα...Ενώ σαν χώρος ήταν ωραιος ,ήταν παραμελημένος,με τοίχους βρωμικους.Σε πολλα σημεία φαινόταν η υγρασία...Για όλο το διαμέρισμα είχε ενα aircondition για θέρμανση για να ζεστάνει ενα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο,ενα σαλόνι, μια κουζίνα κ ενα μπάνιο ενώ είχε καλοριφέρ αλλα δεν δούλευαν.Επισης στις παροχές που αναφέρει για δορυφορική τηλεόραση δεν ισχυει,είχε μονο Netflix που έπρεπε να συνδέσεις τον λογαριασμό σου αν εχεις..Επίσης οι περισσότερες λάμπες ήταν καμμενες..
