We had a pleasant stay overall. The whole house was neat and tidy when we arrived and we really appreciated the spacious backyard where the kids could play. The bed was also comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.
The biggest issue was the difficulty accessing and locking/unlocking both the front and back doors with the keys. The security door at the front was also not locking properly from the outside when using the key. This made me feel quite uncomfortable and insecure, especially when leaving the property. I would strongly recommend having the locks and keys checked and repaired to ensure guests feel safe during their stay.
I also felt a little uncomfortable with people accessing or attending to things around the property while we were staying there. A few minutes after we arrived, a lady came to the property saying she had forgotten a bag of linen from when she had cleaned earlier. The following day, while we were out, the lawn was also trimmed. While I understand these things may have been necessary and were not intended to cause any concern, it did make me feel that our privacy was being invaded, particularly knowing that someone could access the property while we were away.
I would suggest arranging any cleaning, maintenance, gardening or collection of forgotten items before guests arrive or after they have checked out, unless it is absolutely necessary during the stay. If access is required while guests are staying, it would be appreciated if guests were notified beforehand.

It was a very nice stay. Beautiful location, quiet but very convenient to town centre. Comfortable pillow. Nice facilities.
The hot water from tap is super hot and it is difficult to adjust.

It was very neat and tidy so close to everything that we wanted to do and really close to the town beds were very comfortable and seeing the local birds and rabbits playing in the yard was lovely
I couldn’t open the back door. It was really tough probably weather related but I didn’t want to pull it too much in case I couldn’t close it again I felt like some of the equipment was a bit old in the kitchen you had a shelf of DVDs but nothing to actually play them on , and not your fault but there was a very annoying yapping dog next door when the owners went home which sometimes was quite a few hours, if you don’t mind I’d like to make a suggestion. I have been to a few Airbnb‘s. And they have had things like Games and even jigsaw puzzles. Which we have loved sitting around as a family doing.

"Loved the fact there were plastic cups and plates for the children. Bathroom was modern and 2 toilets was a bonus. Beds comfortable and split system keeps the house at a decent temperature.
