The view from the porch was spectacular during the day and at night. It's very easy access to the main street and compared to a lot of other accommodation there, does not have many steps. There is a steep hill up that could make dragging large suitcases of challenging.
The space was large, air conditioning worked well which is much appreciated at the end of a hot afternoon. Sampath was helpful in providing information on the area and buses (they can be unpredictable so be warned!)
Washing machine, washing detergent and clothes rack were all provided so it was extremely easy to get washing done.
We used both rooms - one being the converted living area with heavy curtains for privacy which worked well.
It can be hard to flush the toilets. The queen bed was a little too soft for my personal liking but probably fine for most.
There were a lot of mosquitoes, which didn't seem to bother most locals but the mosquitoes REALLY loved us so we bought repellent from the pharmacy.

Stunning location, property was very clean and offered convenient facilities such as full kitchen
Had some trouble with the shower temperatures in both bathrooms

Beautiful view from terrace and decorated with style.
Convenient to bus stop and restaurants. Sampath was an exceptional greeter and very helpful.
Listing on Booking.com says two bedrooms. From the pictures we realized one would be the living room. With help we got one of couches fitted with bedding.
