Dirty, moldy, sandy, and spacious.

The pool was close. People were friendly. It was spacious. There were plenty of beds. Walmart is close. Food is near.

It was dirty when we arrived. There was hair left in the beds. The floor was disgusting and there was no way to clean it. No mop, no vacuum, just 1 lonely broom and a dream. Better hope you don't get close to sand... The washer leaks. There is mold all over that apartment inside and out. If you want to get to the public beach you're going to need to drive a while unless you don't mind a 10x10 area filled with 200 people. We left a day early, it wasn't worth staying in. The instructions for getting in are delivered the minute you are to walk in the door. Hope you're trusting. I wasn't and got told to reread the email I received 2 months before. The day before you are to leave you'll get instructions on how to leave. Better hope you don't leave early like I did or you won't know what they expect you to do. No pictures as it was dreary and nasty in there so we stayed out as often as possible.

Property quiet, nice, and clean great area very close to everything that you would like to go to shopping or eating is no-more than 2 to 10 minutes away and places for kids to enjoy themselves is 3 to 5 minutes away you will love it at this property. The property also has nice clean pools. Owners contacted me through out the stay to make sure everything was okay. I will book with them on my next vacation to Destin
