Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue sur le Tage, la climatisation, ainsi que le calme de cet appartement situé au dernier étage.
Le quartier est particulièrement agréable et paisible. Il y a un supermarché Pingo Doce juste à côté, et les transports à proximité sont très pratiques : ils permettent de rejoindre le centre-ville à bord d'un tramway typique (le 25E), mais aussi de longer la côte vers Belém ou Cascais grâce au train.
Enfin, l'ambassade de France se trouve juste à côté ; elle dispose d'une médiathèque (fermée de mi-juillet à fin août, mais les enfants auraient adoré y emprunter des livres à une autre période de l'année).
Effectivement, l'appartement est au dernier étage sans ascenseur donc ce n'est pas un logement adapté pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer (escaliers étroits). Il y a une odeur persistante dans la salle de bain qui est atténuée quand la fenêtre est ouverte.

Good location , hassle free in terms of dealing with the owner. Good for the price. All things considered happy.
I had to sign up for a security deposit. Lots of narrow stairs to climb.
