The accommodation on the first floor was excellent. A bit tired, but it is an old building. The kitchen and bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The beds, linen and towels were spotless and the beds comfortable.
It was only a minute walk to Jackson Square station on the orange line and easy to get in to the city.
The second floor was not so nice. The bedrooms were big and again the linen was very clean. It was reached by a separate locked door, so it wouldn’t be suitable for a young family to use both floors as the doors needed to be locked at night. It was also very tired and a bit dirty. The bathroom wasn’t so clean and the shower is at an angle so you hit your head when trying to use it. The sink was so small the water went over the floor when it was used. There was an awful smell in the lobby part of the house that we never did find out what it was, and it beat the air freshener spray we tried to mask it with!
The area is definitely a bit dodgy. There were lots of homeless and it was a bit intimidating walking to the locals shops.

I can't speak highly enough of this property. It was clean, all the rooms were great. We met the hosts who were lovely people as well. Very close to the subway and amenities. Fantastic.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We had a blast.

De accomodatie is ruim, netjes en goed voorzien, fijne keukenvoorzieningen, dichtbij metro.
Toegang via keypad ingewikkeld-slecht zichtbaar als de zon er op staat-, geen fijne buurt met rondhangende en luidruchtige mensen op straat, vervelend dat om afhalen bedden wordt gevraagd.
