This property is a catfish property, it’s photographed well but it stinks. The sewage doesn’t drain properly so the show

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness and convenient location of the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. It was also conveniently located near the metro and bus stops.

We were tired after our flight and arrived at around 12:00, but check-in was not until 16:00. Unfortunately, there was no place where we could leave our luggage while waiting for check-in.

Peaceful. Convenient location. No stairs to climb. Possible to park car outside the building.

We stayed during two unusually cold days in mid May. Terribly cold in the apartment. Impossible to turn on the heating. It is collectively controlled by the residential community that heating be shut off from May.

Nice apartment but very poor hosts.

The apartment is placed in a very good location - easy to come from the airport and travel back and forth to the city center. There are plenty nice places to eat breakfast and drink coffee around in the morning as well as some cozy restaurants. The touristic attractions such as Sacré-Cœur are also reached by foot in 10 minutes. The apartment is renovated, inside a cozy Parisian courtyard. It has kitchen appliances and utensils as well as blow-dryer, steam ironing tool, nice bathroom and a washing machine, which unfortunately does not work.

We were quite unhappy that we had to go and pick up the keys as well as leave them when checking out in the different location than the apartment, because we had so many luggage - it was very inconvenient. Moreover, we were three guests, but we have received only one pair of door magnets and keys, so we had to arrange the meeting times during the day to get inside the apartment or to get out, since we were not spending time together during the day. When requesting to have at least one more pair of keys or door passcode (so we should not use the door magnet) the host told us that it is impossible and we should ask the neighbors' for the door code. Should I wait on the street as a homeless person for somebody to come back home to ask the code to get inside? This was very rude and appalling. Moreover as I have mentioned above - we were three people in the apartment. We received one pair of bathroom towels for the 5 days we have spent there. Of course it is not enough. We have tried to use the washing machine but there was no liquid detergent and the machine does not work. There was no additional toilet paper as well.

Было чисто и красиво, очень хорошее расположение, внутри все было уютно ☺️.Было много цветов, терраса очень красивая.

Не было интернета. Воняло канализацией. Дополнительный сбор в размере 500€. Ключи нужно было забрать в ларьке и отдать туда же.
