Die Lage war für uns ideal. Die Einrichtung war gut und es war sehr sauber.
Es war nachts recht laut, da wir durchgehend die Lüftung von Restaurants in der Nähe hören konnten. Dazu kam der Geruch nach Frittierfett aus den Restaurants. Außerdem hatte man keine so schöne Aussicht.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Lots of natural light through large windows. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen area had all we needed. Bathroom was bright with a good shower and lovely toiletries. Good communication with the hosts. Close to station. Easy short walk to old town, lots of restaurants, shops and cafes/bars nearby. We would love to stay again if in Lille.
Steep stairs but well lit.

It was clean & modernized. A good value.
The Stairs! Very steep! Going straight up 2 floors with no lift. Would have been impossible to take my suitcases if a driver didn’t bring up. Really dangerous location.
