The apartment was spacious and so clean and only a five minute walk from the Eurostar! Very central to Grand Place.
The only thing I could find to say is that the natural light is low in the main kitchen and seating area so a brighter light would have been beneficial.

The apartment was very spacious and light, with a very well equipped kitchen. There are spare coffee capsules, toilet rolls and towels in a cupboard in the laundry on level 6 that you can access which was very generous. The laundrey facilities were very good too - just note they are communal on level 6, not in the apartment. It was very easy to walk to the apartment from Lille Euro even with a lot of luggage. It is a shorter distance than it seems on google maps plus the footpaths were quite friendly for a suitcase. The location is very close to everything with good security in the building.
The apartment got very warm even in the mild weather (20 °c). There were mosquitos around as per the reviews. I had taken precautions but it made it harder to cool the apartment at night.

Very central location. Good sound proofing with the flat. Spacious. Supplies of coffee pods and dish washer tablets was good.
We had a disastrous check in - the door code we had been given did not work. It took us ages to contact anyone and had to dial an expensive landline only to be put on hold. We were tired we had a dinner reservation and we did not want to be left standing in the hallway.
Our check out was equally disastrous. The check out was 11am. We returned to collect our bags at 10.50 only to find the code had already been changed so we could not get in and once more there were no contact details for help. We found a cleaner in the end who was really helpful and gave us access to collect our bags and get out in time to catch our train. It was really stressful and outrageous that the code was changed before the check out time.
