Mauvais rapport qualité prix

LA situation gérographique , la rapidité de prise en charge.

LA chambre est tres moyenne vu le prix .La déco est quelconque on se croirait dans un IBIS budget avec les prix d'un 4 étoiles .Pareil pour le mobilier , la peinture ,les équipements .Tout est fait pour ne pas etre cher mais c'est cher cherchez l'erreur .

Situation proche de la gare

Petit déjeuner très varié. Parfait pour être proche de la Gare et proche du Centre Commercial. Très bien insonorisé (pas de bruit de la gare)

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement qui selon moi ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles qu’il a obtenu.

Le personnel à l’entrée est accueillant et la literie confortable ( matelas et coussin )

Le manque de propreté dans les chambres , la moquette n’était pas aspirée, les toilettes n’étaient pas propres Le drap du matelas n’était pas bordé. Il manquait du savon le réassort n’a pas été effectué, il manquait des vis sur une paroie de douche , l’eau s’écoulait très mal dans la douche et partait sur le reste de la salle de bain . Il manquait des choses au petit déjeuner , la rotation des plats vide n’a pas été effectué alors qu’il n’étais que 7h30. Le prix n’est pas en adéquation avec la qualité et le service proposé

at the arrival reception desk lady is very helpfull. location

1-toilet is not clean . smell very bad . I see the yellow colors stains in closet . very small seperatw toilet ! 2- water is not free of charge 3- departure time reception lady (brown hair ) is so rude 21.07.2023 morning 10 oclock 4- late check out till 14:00 - is 30 euro !! i did not buy it .

The hotel was great except for the service of the morning shift staff, which left us a bitter taste

The beds were fine. The bathroom was excellent with separate room for toilet. The location was very good too.

The reception male staff in the afternoon and evening were friendly and helpful with good command of English. However, the female staff in the morning shift (a white young lady and a black lady by her side) were awful, unfriendly with little English. All answers were just a blunt, "NO, No, No." when I asked if I could get two tea bags from her. There was only one tea bag for three of us provided at the time of the check in.

A property that met our requirements and was enjoyable.

The room and breakfast were adequate without being exceptional. The staff, particularly at reception were exceptional.

A good stay in a friendly and convenient hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent and perfect for our arrival at Lille Europe station. It was nice to have the extra space in the room. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.

The toilet in the bathroom pod was slightly reminiscent of a portaloo, and unfortunately also had a bit of a whiff of portaloo. It all looked very clean though.

Check in was easy and friendly. The location was perfect for the Eurostar. The room was clean and quiet with good facilities. Check out was very easy for our onward train service. Overall would recommend.

nice clean hotel close to city . Very friendly staff . Breakfast a bit overvalued (not much variety) . Foto's looked better (not necessarily bad thing) than what it is However, it was very nice and i would recommend to a friend.

love decoré family friendly, rooms and very simple. team were very good and checkin, great distance from centre.

rooms didn’t have glassware and coffee machine like it should be.

in front of the station but far from center of attractions. complete facility with microwave.

must walk about 2 km to the city center. staff was so bad they overchsrged you by 3 rooms in November ( they did not use the card as guarabtee ut charged you 6 months before our arrival and then when we used 2 free cancellation before the due date of cancellation, instead of reimbursing for two rooms they even charged us for more room so they overcharged us for 3 rooms, then we wanted them to reimburse only two rooms so that we can use one additional room paid since june 2022. but no they saud we had to pay using December rate and deducted our credit card again by Euro 36 while they kept about our mobey for 3 rooms. They now returned our 2 nights room but still overcharged us hy Euro 36. Do not give your credit card number to booking.com cause they let the hotel keep charging you then booking. com refused to ve involved. Yiu lost your hood customer booking. com and Accor group. look at the money I spent for booking this year only..

Location, room size, reception team: they gave us a late check out with no problems!

Very well located for those who like to be downtown. Old city just a few minutes away. Museums, shopping areas, restaurants, everything you need for a citytour is reachable by foot.

If you are travelling by car, be prepared for 35euros/day. Private parking. The most expensive parking I've been in France!

Good value for money next to the center of Lille

Very convenient location next tot Lille Europe station and a brisk 15 minute walk to the heart of town. Spacious room with handy dividing curtain for families, albeit with a bit outdated decor. Good sound insulation from outside noise and other rooms. Value for money French breakfast.

The overall temperature in the lobby and the rooms is way too high (for the end of October). The air conditioning in the room doesn't seem to be able to remedy this. And just one small operating elevator in an 11 story hotel amounts to waiting time for a lot of guests...
