Friendly, helpful staff! Kids loved the games on arrival and the free table football. Room had everything we needed. Comfy bed.
Toilet was a little dirty. Decor tired. If you’re getting off the train it is ideally located but for the main centre, it’s a bit out the way.

It is a good location in Lille. the hotel room is relative small, but the price is super nice. They don't have own parking place. But the hotel recommend a good closeby parking place. It is super near Lille station, if you are travelling by train. It is a good location to stay.
The room is a bit small for 3 persons. The sofa bed is not ready when we arrived. But the staffs are super nice to help us to solve it asap!

Good location. We are returning guests and so it was convenient
The mattress toppers - very uncomfortable when Novetel beds are the reason I choose Novotel as they’re usually comfortable
