Everything! Fully equipped kitchen which was a bonus. Super clean and new.

The layout of the bathroom/toilet is not practical.
The toilet does not have a sink so every time you do your business you have to walk to the otherside of the room and go to the bathroom to wash your hands
The customer service is great and the staff were very attentive and friendly and helpful

The lift broke down and we were on the 10th and 11th floors so we had to walk up hundreds of stairs.
