I'm afraid I won't go back. Too expensive for what it offers

Room made available early in the day so much appreciated. Location was good as closed to both stations. Breakfast offer was good. Lovely receptionist on arrival.

The room was really small, somehow cigarette fumes came through the vents, only one towel provided, not even something to step onto from the shower. Rather stroppy interaction with the lady manning the breakfast room however she accepted to engage in some kind of discussion when I checked out.

The room was clean and had all I need but a little on the small side. Instead of 2 tea bags maybe some coffee? Friendly staff Perfect location opposite the Flanders train station A little bit expensive ( E130 for one night )

Perfect for an overnight stay, I would book again.

The hotel is a short walk from Lille Europe station and in the town centre. It is the ideal base to explore Lille. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was compact but no problem for one night. Great choice of restaurants nearby.

The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was clean and tidy. Very good location.

The size of the room, the smell from the drains and the tv that had a bad connection.

Close to train station. Staff were friendly

When you turn on bathroom light the lights in the room turn on. Not ideal when you go to the bathroom during the night. Difficult to see stairs (they do have a lift) due to the pattern of your vision is challenged.

Due to water issues at home we couldn't stay for the night and the breakfast the day after. When we report the issue there was no really communication or help about this.

Pleasant stay but had some trouble..

The location is excellent! Right next to Lille Europe station and in very close proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. The breakfast was cosy and delicious and overall the room was very comfortable. I also appreciated the existence of a small elevator to help reach top floors.

We had trouble with a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom/ sewage. The hosts tried ventilating the room and covering up the smell with scent sticks but it only made it worse. We therefore had trouble getting a good night’s sleep. Too bad, really!

Location is superb. Room was very clean, its small but has enough space. Breakfast was typical french, there were vegan options.

I will only book the same hotel when I'm happy about it and I already booked it 3 times in a row.

The staff is always very friendly. The location is ideal because you're very close to the different stations (between 5min and 15min walk) and to the city center.

I was in Lille for business. The table in the room is quite small and rather high for the chair so it's not very comfortable to work. Note that I just see this as a minor issue.

Friendly staff, great location (in the heart of centre town and a few steps away the train station), wide range of items were included in the breakfast

Very good value and definetely recommended for a 1 or 2 nights stay in Lille

I was upgraded in a very quiet room (last floor opposite side of the main street), location in central Lille in front of the railway station is very convenient

Room for breakfast may be a little bit tiny (but there was no queue for the breakfast and breakfast was very good)
