The worst i ever had.

Wow, never had a more disgusting hotel in europe, i travel a lot and i'm used to some terrible things, but this was unhygienic, it smelled like old water, everything was broken and a massive fire hazard all over the place. and the bed... my god what a disgusting bedbug infested shitshow. Definitely NOT worth the money!

Pleasant

Close proximity to Lille flandres Station.

The very narrow corridors and stairs at the entrance made it difficult, especially going down the stairs with suitcases. Rooms were comfortable but compact. Little space to move around in.

correct if looking for basic services and proximity.

Hotel is face to train station and air shuttle, 5 minutes to TGV Euralille, center of city, rounded by plenty variety of food & beverage and shopping. location is unbeatable. Even if rounded by restaurants, no smell or noise at the room. very quiet from outside. Room & inside toilet very clean and tidy.

the hotel seems to be excerpt from Harry Potter's world. A small door between two restaurants, small stair, small reception... EVERYTHING is TOO small. I couldn't get into the elevator carrying my backpack, and my arms were were rubbing against the both walls of the stairs at the same time... Impossible to give the way to anybody in the stairs. and door of the room was literally in 9 3/4. Room was designed by a minimalist guru: a basic bed base + questionable mattress + small flat TV + small chair and an metal bar with 2 hangers as a wardrobe. But the best thing was the bathroom. Impossible to fit in the loo in without having your legs into the shower. not a fancy experience for XXL people.

Bad AC and bad service

Good location

Bad service. AC wasn't working during the heat wave. Almost died inside that room and no solution was presented for 2 days

Great short stay

For a one night solo traveler, it is a great choice. Small room but comfortable. It is just near the train station and this is great for arriving late at night (as was my case).

Location is great.

The room furniture is dated, very dirty windows with a spiderweb outside everywhere, the sockets in the room are almost falling out from the walls.

Really lovely staff who made me feel welcome.

The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.

The room was very small but very convenient. No hit water on the first morning but it was fixed.

The fact that you always had to leave the key when leaving the building and had to call the receptionist to get the key back from.

Brilliant value and location. Shame about the stairs.

For a two-star hotel, my room was pretty good, perhaps due to the fact that it had recently been renovated. The double bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was more than adequate. Best of all is the location, right next to the train station and in the middle of a fascinating collection of shops and historical buildings.

Reception is up a long flight of stairs. If you have trouble walking, you're better of finding somewhere with a lift that goes all the way to the ground floor.

Disappointing

Good location, good service, employees were attentive and friendly

There wasn’t enough outlets to charge phones and computers and the towels and the bedsheets weren’t clean.

Very good

Centrally located and economic.

Quite sparse, not luxurious by any means. But if just for a place to stay during your visit to Lille, it's cheap, and the central location right next to Gare De Lille makes it an excellent deal. :)

The worse experience ever.

The location ONLY.

It was the worse experience in my life by far. The room smelled cigarettes', it was facing a wall in the back, and there was no fire escape. The whole night there was a party of people screaming up and down the stairs, banging doors. I called reception five times with no response; I messaged them on the Booking App, with no response again. In the end, the girl was screaming in French, which I didn't understand what about. I yelled at them and heard her running down the stairs; I assumed she was safe from whatever was happening. The next day they tried to apologize; I didn't understand why no one was at the reception at night. No one spoke English. They moved us to another room facing front, that smelled better but charged us 30 euro and the guy on the reception didn't want to give me recite. I will never want to experience this again.
