At reception Kaci was very helpful
He considered my old age (8o) and gave me a room close to reception so I did no have to do more stairs as there is no lift of which I was aware

Location is amazing, very central. Room had all the essentials and even had a fan which was nice extra. Price was incredible value.
Staff spoke very little English so communication was tricky. Toilet room was too small, knees were pressed against the door whilst sat down. Some things were slightly dysfunctional - shower would move up and down and the sink plug didn't work. Also, the one pillow provided was very small.

The hotel is right next to Lille Flanders Station, breakfast was very good!
The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming
There is no lift but the staff helped us with our luggage and we greatly appreciated their help
