Location was perfect. We booked a parking spot at Rues Piétonnes - Le 31. The rituals showgels were great. Bed was comfortabel and we had airco. The staff were very friendly. Nice that we can take coffee and tea from the breakfast room.
We were late at breakfast and there was not really a refill and was not that much for 13.50 euro. The airco was little bit noisy. We were staying on the third floor and you can hear everything on the hall way from closing door and sneezing of people.

Room is very small and the air-conditioning was leaking. No lift.

The location - very central for Lille old town.
Our bedroom - 1st floor (we had been warned there was no lift but there were two steep flights of stairs)
Our room overlooked the laundry and cleaners room. Frosted glass windows which didn't open.
The room was very dark. Lights came on in the cleaners room during the night and the laundry was thrown down from the high floors at 7.30 in the morning.
