The location was great, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was really polite and friendly
That it didn’t have facilities like a SPA

Location. Very nice refurbishment since my last stay
Rooms on the Lower floors are quite dark due to the internal light wells.

Great location overlooking the Grand Place. Rooftop was lovely but should be used for breakfast
What an appallingly badly run hotel.
No wifi in my room
The telephone didn’t work to call reception and they did nothing about it
The TV did not have any channels just 2 French ones snd the weather was for London not Lille
The breakfast goes 0730-1030 and at 9.15 most dishes were empty and were not being refilled
Many staff had bad attitude
The room was comfortable but aircon too cold no matter what temperature set.
But a great view over the Square
