Proche du centre ville et équipe très accueillante

Le système de parking est parfait : correct en prix, juste à côté de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par une femme de l'équipe nous ayant apporté des conseils de visite de la ville. L'ensemble de l'équipe est souriante, accueillante et à l'écoute. La salle de petit-déjeuner/bar est petite mais tres chaleureuse dans son ambiance.

Je ne me suis pas retrouvée dans le prix du petit dejeuner. Certes il y a du choix mais je n'ai pas retenu la qualité et le visuel de certains aliments. La taille de la chambre un peu juste du coup j'aurais apprécié un lobby / espace lounge pour se poser en dehors La salle de bain : une grande douche appréciable mais quelques points de rafraîchissements de la piece selon moi

Un agréable séjour en ville.

Un hôtel à taille humaine avec un personnel attentionné et disponible. Très bon petit déjeuner avec tout ce que l'on veut, un peu cher toutefois. Literie confortable. Salle de bains bien pensée. Situation privilégiée en centre ville, avec parking privé payant bien appréciable.

friendly and comfortable stay in Lille

The staff on reception were so friendly on arrival and departure, on arrival the lady gave us a map and helped us identify good locations to visit around Lille. the room was clean and spacious and had the best shower! and most comfortable bed! I like the use of ecologically friendly soap and shampoo bars. I would definitely return and would recommend to friends.

there was nothing to dislike.

Nice

Nice hotel and well situated in the center, neaby bar and restaurants in walking distance. The breaksfast area is a bit small but still nice. It must be nicer during the summer as there seems to have a big terrace.

A 150 euros deposit was requested - we were not aware of this, but luckily the receptionist was very nice and lowered the amount. The fire alarm went off at 3 am in the morning as some other client was smoking in the room... but luckily it didn't last long.

Central Lille

Staff was very helpful. Location very central. Room clean and pleasant. Would definitely go again.

We stayed in the junior king suite. I am used to the junior suite being slightly more spacious. But this was a minor flaw, as the room was big enough and had a lovely balcony which even in the cold of winter was a treat to go out on and enjoy the view and vibe of the city from the 5th floor. I would gladly visit again.

Good hotel to explore Lille

The hotel is situated close to the city center with a nice restaurant nearby and the tourist spots within walking distance. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with good firm cushions. The shower had a good temperature and had a easy place to keep the environmentally friendly soap end shampoo bars. The breakfast had excellent croissants and baguettes.

The bed was only 160cm instead of the 180 in the room description. The bathroom itself was quite small and less usable with two people. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people who wanted to have breakfast and the buffet was quite scarce. For example, there was only a choice of, cold, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, no fried eggs or omelets, and only two choices of meat.

great location but incredibly disorganised

great location. super family room. good bar.

when we arrived the room wasn’t ready, it took more than 1.5 hours to get it ready. we were only there for one night. everyone’s luggage was stacked in an unattended reception, so evidently lots of other families were affected too. the staff accidentally took out €150 guarantee from our credit card but then had to wait 3 days until their supervisor would arrive to refund it. and the car park flooded to badly (from the ceiling) we had to move our car to a municipal car park. not the best impression. again no technical services were available on a Sunday to even investigate the problem.

Was fairly central & near old part of town. The bed was really comfortable & shower great. Pre-booking parking (cost €18 per 24h) was an added bonus.

The only thing was it was quite cold in the room & the bar area, but probably reflecting the current energy crisis!

Good, clean, comfortable, friendly place to stay. Well positioned.

The hotel is well situated to get to squares, bars and restaurants. It is also well positioned for the Metro which is a good hub to get to other parts of the city.The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. The idea about not having towels exchanged in exchange for tokens is worthy.

Television went off, but didn’t spoil anything for us, so didn’t dislike anything
