It is a place I like to stay when I am in Lille because it is conveniently located near the train stations. Most of their rates include breakfast, which is especially useful when you do not know the city or where to go for an early breakfast, apart from grabbing a takeaway coffee and pastry from a bakery.
The breakfast is good, simple, and adequate. They offer the usual selection of hot and cold beverages, cold meats, fruit, and yogurts.
The room is comfortable. The only negative point concerns the curtains. My room was on the top floor, overlooking the patio, but from my window I could see into people's private apartments. Unfortunately, there was only one thick curtain. I could not open it without feeling exposed to strangers, so I had to keep it closed throughout my stay.
However, this did not detract from my overall experience, and everything else was perfectly fine during my stay.

Everywhere was wall to wall carpet even the whole the lobby. It gathers dust, so annoying :(
