Difficult to find but even Sat. Nav. could not find it but very central.

It was very hard to find as you have to go through a no entry road to get there, after going round in circles. The room was very small, we kept banging our head on the sloped ceilings it was very warm as Air-con did not seem to work properly, wobbly toilet seat. The breakfast was very limited for a what was the most expensive Hotel of our trip. Very disappointing.

Parking was available and secure. Very useful as travelling with a party on 8 motorbikes

Location was very hard to find with lots of no entry or no left turns signs which needed to be ridden through. This was heightened by current pedestrian zones being built in Lille so an email with a small map to get access would have been very helpful.

it was in a very nice area and very convenient to park your car in the garage underneath . the room was small but clean.

we like to keep the window open at night but that there was to much noise from the street , cars and people. also our shower didn’t work

Nice front desk staff and nice breakfast. Appreciated the coffee and tea station in the lobby too.

The first room they gave me was TINY (barely any space to even walk around the bed). I was quite shocked given the high price. The second room was better, but on the street side and thus extremely noisy - there were scooters going by all night and I could hear the party across the street as if they were in my room. Small detail, but given all their messages everywhere about the environment, I was also surprised to see non recyclable paper cups in the rooms instead of reusable glasses.

Location was good.

Hotel was expensive for what it was. Parking was extra and there was a ‘tax’ to pay for visiting the city.

the location is perfect, right in the centre and there is an option to safely park your car on site

rooms could use a bit of renovation, especially for the bathroom. couldn’t say it was as clean as it would have been expected for the rate

Location, perfect for restaurants. Walkable to centre.

Not enough tea, coffee and milk in room. Had to ask for sofa bed to be made up. Booking was for a three person room as well as a two person room.

we have stayed at a few mercure hotels and never have we had to wait 15 minutes for the hot water to reach the bathroom

Location is excellent! Close to old town cafes, restaurants, short walk. Our room was clean and staff very helpful, lovely breakfast too. Toilet being downstairs was a pain but not a big issue. Parking and electric charging on ste, 1.9meter height restriction, and electric charger Will return here x
