Bed linen was great quality, as were the shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner provided. The building is gorgeous and beautifully developed. The location was good too: fairly central but quiet. Reception staff were very professional.
From the photos on the booking.com website, I was expecting a minibar. On arrival, there was nothing, apart from basic coffee and tea facilities, with two teeny 10ml containers of milk. Even that was not replenished by room service on day 2. The fridge was bare. On further investigation, it was apparent that you could ask for the minibar to be stocked, but items would, of course, be chargeable. The hospitality offer was basic and certainly not as generous or imaginative as the photos on the booking.com website would indicate. Overall, the five stars are not merited in my view.

The front desk staff and the bar staff
The lack of preparedness required to use the spa facilities, the cost of items in the bar. Better options regarding breakfast, should be able to have breakfast in your room
