About this house rental
Welcome to Knot On Call! A 1850ft² lake access cottage with a short ~1 minute walk to Lake Anna via a private path. A perfect balance of privacy, convenience & fun!

☞ Family Friendly → Kid's treehouse, pack-n-play, high-chair, plates/cups/utensils
☞ Screened porch w/ seating & dining
☞ Lake essentials like beach towels, life jackets, cooler, and water noodles are provided!
☞ 7” rain shower head
☞ Fully equipped kitchen including kid friendly plates, cups and utensils
☞ Desk and chair (workspace)
☞ 900 Mbps wifi
☞ Gated Community - very peaceful & quiet neighborhood
☞ Access to the community dock, boat ramp and picnic tables
★ "Perfect spot w/easy access to lake & everything we needed on site."
What is Provided?
→ Leave these at home because we provide them for the duration of your stay: Linens, bath towels, hand washing soap, shampoo/bodywash/conditioner, dishwashing soap, dish sponge.
→ We'll get you started but please bring extra if your stay is longer than a couple days: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets.

Other Items:
→ Please bring a supply of firewood and kindling if you would like to use the fire pit.
→ We recommend using water shoes if you plan to swim in the lake
→ Four exterior security cameras are on the property monitoring entry into the doorways
→ Noise decibel monitors are on the property inside the cottage. These do not record conversations. They monitor decibel levels
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.

Booking on VRBO is step one. To complete the booking process, we require all guests to e-sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and agree to a security deposit hold. Our rental agreement goes into more detail about the property, our policies, etc. that will help ensure you have the best stay possible. You will get a VRBO message with the link to complete this second step after booking on VRBO .

Wonderful place! Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The screen porch is the BEST,and the proximity of the fire pit was perfect for a bonfire. The bugs were minimal,the tree fort was a great nostalgic fixture - it fits adults, not just kids! Haha. The rec room was stocked with a variety of fun things.... Overall, just a splendid stay. Would definitely come back.

This was a delightful house by the lake with kayaks and water toys; large screened porch with fans to relax outside with glimpse of water; fire pit with chairs; modern kitchen with washing machines; and game room with ping-pong; and bedroom for the children with two sets of bunkbeds. Easy access to docks.
