About this house rental
Located on the private (warm) side of Lake Anna, guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home. The main/master bedroom has a king bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with three queen beds, bunk beds, and a twin bed, comfortable for sleeping 11 people. The open living room is furnished with a 55" HD television with Dish Network and has a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Situated lakefront, guests can enjoy an afternoon of sun and water fun, a bonfire, and later watch the sunset from the large deck off the living room.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as wine tasting and miniature golf, or do some shopping in the quaint town of Louisa. For more upscale shopping travel to Short Pump/Richmond or Fredericksburg; both are only a 45 minute drive.

This is a lovely house and property and except for the fact that it rained our entire stay, we had a great time. Lots of games provided to fill the dreary weather hours.Although we had limited nice weather in which to use them, my teenage/young adult grandkids enjoyed the paddleboards & kayaks provided. We also rented a pontoon boat which added to our lake time. Be advised that this property is in the 'private' section of the lake and there is an additional charge (300 for the pontoon) for the marina to deliver it the common area. However once there it's a short distance, and with very easy access to the property dock.

Our family vacation was cut short in OBX due to a hurricane. I wanted to find a place where we could go for the rest of the week and came across this house. The owner got back to me right away was actually able to get us in that night!! Communication was great with the owner and the house was perfect!! Beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean! Thank you guys so much for saving our family vacation!

We had an amazing week at this property. The house is very nice. Jeff and Denise are great hosts. They were very responsive. They helped us out very quickly when we locked ourselves out of the property.We set up a full size volleyball net down by the lake and played almost every day along with swimming and riding the jet skis. The location on the private side is great. Water is really warm this time of year. The house comes with plenty of games and water toys. We were never bored. We only turned the TV on once for a movie night.We have been coming to Lake Anna for more than 25 years at this house is one of the best.

This is our third year staying at this Lake Anna house. We love the simplicity of it. This year was even better with its added gazebo and cement pad by the lake. The owners are reliable and friendly.
