• Nature of work: Re-coating and sealing exterior windows. Workers can periodically be seen from windows. Balconies will be sealed and re-coated later in the project timeline, though no schedule in place at this time.
• Starting in September 2026: They will begin working their way around the entire building to launch the remaining work.
• Balconies will be sealed and re-coated, requiring closure for up to one week. Balcony furniture will be moved inside the unit. Schedule TBD.
Project is schedule and weather permitting. Please remain up-to-date.

Beach Colony is one of my favorites and we have stayed on multiple occasions. The only reason I gave 3 stars on the check in process is because the door code we were given did not work and we couldn't get in. The offices were all closed so I had to send a text. Fortunately someone text me back about 10-15 mins later. Ultimately the code had to be reset and we were able to get in. Weather and water was some of the best its ever been and the beach was great. Extremely pleasant " Cabana boy". Would highly recommend.

Condo was great, renovated and comfortable! Had all the basic necessities. Balcony had a great view. Kim and Ray obviously love their home! The complex as a whole feels a *tiny* bit dated compared to some of their neighbors, but all in all wasn't a big negative on the trip.
