This cozy studio apartment has an ideal location for a renter who wants to live in the heart of downtown.
This is ground level studio with private entrance and on street parking with a permit.
It has open concept fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and microwave, as well as Nespresso coffee machine.
Leaving area includes queen bed with luxury mattress , 32" Smart Roku TV , mobile clothing rack and table with a two chairs.
The bathroom has the shower ,sink and toilet.We provide you with body wash, shampoo/conditioner, soft, Egyptian cotton towels and hair blow driers.
Studio also equipped with a stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The quality of air is controlled by the HRV system. (If required we install window air conditioner.)
Free Wi-Fi , basic cable tv and one parking permit are provided.

This property is in a great location. You can walk to many of the sites in St John’s. The size of the unit was a little smaller than expected, but al new appliances and decorating.

Great little spot, in a very convenient location in downtown St. John’s. Really appreciated how responsive the host was and loved that there was a parking pass included!
