It is a family neighbourhood and you can often hear children playing out in the gardens - when the weather is nice!
There is an ASDA supermarket and shopping centre less than a mile away for any supplies you may need.

The bus stop is less than 5 mintues away
You will be required to sign our rental agreement (terms and conditions) provide a form of identity, and pay a refundable security deposit or damage waiver. This is done via Safeguest and a link to do this will be provided when you book the reservation.
We are so close to Birmingham airport that you can almost feel the aeroplanes taking off and landing, it is amazing, although can be a bit noisy.
The enclosed garden is slightly overlooked, although I have never seen anyone looking!
The maximum number of people in the property is 8.
There is a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING policy. The property is equipped with with extrelmely sensitive noise and motion sensors, if this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
