Jim was able to accommodate us earlier than expected due to changes in travel. He was unable to get his regular cleaning crew on short notice, and unfortunately the replacements did not do a great job. However, after conversing with Jim he explained the situation and was remorseful of the cleanliness at check-in, and worked with us to remedy the situation and even provided a discount.

We are 2 senior citizens and really appreciated the condo amenities and location for our month visit. Weather was outstanding and the new pool got a lot of use. Very quiet area. The condo was wonderfully stocked, the best of many condos I have used over the years. The best was the location, close to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Walmart, Target and Publix. Good communication with owners a plus also. Thanks and hope to get back again.
