- 3 extra kitchen trash bags
- Dish soap kitchen sink dispenser filled out
- Propane tank is provided (an extra one is the garage)
- 3 dishwasher pods
- 2 laundry pods
Guests are responsible for replenishing if needed during their stay.
Pool Water Temperature Set up is 80F during Winter, 82F during Fall and 84F during the rest of the year. However, please note that a Pool is not a SPA and Heaters are not designed to reach those temperatures during WINTER EXTREME COLD DAYS. (We don't have many in Florida but please keep this mind in if case it happens during your stay. Unfortunately, this is something we can't control, just like rainy days...)
Note: Ring door bell camera at front door. We always recommend to our guests to buy the travel insurance.

Wonderful property. We had an outstanding time staying here. We especially liked that it was close to grocery, food , and other retail locations.

The villa was great and inside was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and ready to go. Had games and plenty of space. Only things I will say is that the starter pack is not enough for more than 3 full days. If you plan on staying longer, buy your own stuff. The other thing is the outside is not as upkept as it is in the pictures. When we stayed backyard was a little outgrown and stuff. But other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot! Super close to beach and restaurants essentials. Overall stay 9/10.

The amount of money we pay per night, I find it unacceptable that the property owner controls the A/C while away from the property. If we set the thermostat to a certain temperature, I should not walk into the house when it’s nearly 80 degrees inside when I’m about to go to sleep. A/C worked fine when at the house, but they clearly watched the cameras when we left and remotely controlled the climate control to unreasonable level.
