The area is very quite & one of the nicest in Derby. Parking space outside and on the road too- the owner was amazing & extended our stay on request. They kept us updated and gave plenty of information when we needed it.
A clean well looked after and spacious home.

Spacious property, very warm and welcoming. Each bedroom had TV’s in which isn’t always the case with some houses so that was a big positive. Our booking was quite last minute on the day due to an issue we had with another accommodation. The host was really quick responding to my message and was very polite on the phone.

Convenient base
Unable to use cooker, grease on cupboards, plates not clean in cupboard, ants coming out of dishwasher after use, leaking somewhere under sink, living room not equipped well with furniture, mattresses in room 3/4 very uncomfortable (you could feel all the springs), towels very dry.
