The villa was beautiful, and cleaned to a high standard. It had good quality furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was welcomed during our holiday in July /August. My family enjoyed using the pool, which was cleaned regularly, Demetrius was also easy to contact and offered villa cleaning during our stay, this was included in the price.
There were helpful additions like shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms, cleaning items like washing up liquid, a sponge and cloth and a wonderful variety of fruit, jam and other welcome items when we arrived.
The town of Astakos was easy to walk to, but the villa is located on a steep slope, which is the compromise for having such lovely views. We didn't mind this, but it was a downside. The town square was also being developed during our visit, it will be a lovely feature in the town once completed.

Katettu paikka autolle on todella hyvä kuumalla kelillä, lisäksi altaan luo oli tehty katos joka peitti myös mukavasti uima-allasta, ettei ole kokoajan paahteessa. Harvassa paikassa huomioitu näitä asioita ja olivat iso plussa 😊 kaikki muukin sujui loistavasti ja paikka on kauniimpi kuin kuvissa!
