Nice, spacious and well equipped apartment. Nice beds if you don't count the sofa bed in.
The appartment even has a wine cooler.
Don't be fooled by the balcony (outdoor dining area and the picture of the balcony)..
Although the apartment (on the second floor) technically comes with one, the balcony is actually on the seventh floor and is separate from the apartment. It wasn't furnished apart from a few dirty plastic chairs and a dirty table, and it didn't feel welcoming at all.
If you're specifically looking for an apartment with a private, usable balcony, this isn't the right choice.
BUT THE VIEW WAS GREAT FROM THERE.

Alles super! Kommunikation, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, es war alles perfekt!!! Wären gerne länger geblieben, die Wohnung war leider schon ausgebucht🤓

Ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Zu Fuß ca. 15 - 20 min zum See.
Es war sehr schmutzig und auch nach unserer Beschwerde darüber und dem zweiten Reinigen waren nicht alle Mängel abgestellt. In der ganzen Wohnung lag sehr viel Staub am Boden und auf dem Mobiliar, das Sofa und die Sessel im Wohnzimmer waren nicht wirklich nutzbar, weil sie mit Schmutz, Haaren, Hautschuppen übersäht waren. In einem der unbenutzten Betten befanden sich Haare anderer Personen. Gläser und Geschirr waren total verschmutzt, wir mussten es vor Benutzung von Hand reinigen. Der negative Höhepunkt aber war die Toilette: es lagen Schamhaare darauf und an der Wand zwischen WC und Toilettenbürste war ein rotbrauner Fleck an der Wand… der auch nach unserer Reklamation nicht entfernt war. Die eigentlich weiße Toilettenbürste war braun und versifft.
Die Dachterrasse, die vom Vermieter hochgelobt wird, ist ein Witz. Alt, verdreckt, ungemütlich, voller Müll. Die Plastik-Gartenmöbel sind so verschmutzt, da will man sich nicht draufsetzen.
Der Vermieter hat nach unserer Beschwerde zwar sofort reagiert, eine zweite Reinigung veranlasst und uns die Reinigungsgebühr erstattet. Leider waren viele der Mängel am Abend unseres ersten Urlaubstages selbst beheben mussten.
