The location is amazing.
it shows wear and tear (sofa in the living room was stained, the blinds are hanging funny, walls and doors scratched, Murphy bed pull down system was not working properly).
We were a party of 4. The second bedroom had a Murphy bed that was up when we got there (at 1 am). Making our own bed, having to ask for extra sheets at that hour was frustrating. Not that we are unable to do so, we just didn’t expect having to do it in a hotel.

The pool area was cool. The lock/unlock feature with the phone was OK.
The room was not laid out well. The bed was across from the bathroom and the TV and window were in a separate space. Our view was only OK - mostly looked onto Ponce City Market and not the city itself. Worst of all was the bathroom. Soap was empty, body wash was empty, and the shower had no lip so the water went all over the bathroom floor. Made no sense.
