A great value option, clean and comfy with a nice communal area and good kitchen facilities which was great for a week-long stay. Was travelling with an older relative and loved the ground floor location and parking at the door. The beds were comfortable.

Location was beautiful, right on the water's edge. It's student halls accommodation, but comfortable, spacious and fully-furnished, and even comes with an en suite bathroom! The kitchen is fully equipped has free tea and coffee which was much appreciated, and the ability to do a coin-operated laundry cycle was really helpful too after the soggy weather we experienced. Internet was fast and reliable, and the place was nice and quiet.
For some reason the showers were running lukewarm, which was not what I wanted coming in from the rain soaking wet.

Angela, the facilities manager, was welcoming and helpful beyond any expectation. Room was comfy and facilities excellent. Setting scenic and a very pleasant 10 minute stroll from shops, hotel and restaurants. On site restaurant served excellent seafood dishes. We considered the cost to be amazing value for our accommodation given what we got!
Nothing caused an issue.
